THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37147 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, on the basis of the written instructions, dated 05.11.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Kurnool, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the Superintendent of Police, Kurnool forwarded the petitioner's report to the Kurnool Police Station directing the police authorities to take further action and the same was received by the police station on 05.11.2018 and, on the basis of the said report, Cr.No.279/2018 has been registered for the alleged offences under Sections 506 and 509 r/w 34 IPC and a notice, under Section 91/160 Cr.P.C., was also sent to the petitioner herein by post asking her to attend before the Investigating Officer along with witnesses and evidence in support of her version. It is further stated that, after examining the petitioner and her witnesses, and based on the investigation, appropriate report will be filed before the concerned Court. The written instructions are placed on record. In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
