The terms of the settlement agreement, form part of the report of the Mediation and Arbitration Center. Therefore, the Appeal Suit is disposed of, in terms of the mediation report.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
