CVNR,J & DVSS,J CRP No.7042 of 2017 27.03.2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam, for disposal of Arbitration Original Petition No.76 of 2014 expeditiously.

A perusal of the case status copy filed by the petitioners shows that the AOP underwent umpteen number of adjournments commencing from 26.02.2014, and the 13 adjournments preceding 07.12.2017 were made only for the purpose of 'Record'. We are conscious of the fact that the Courts below are directed to give priority for disposal of pre-2013 cases. The lower Court is, however, directed to dispose of the aforementioned AOP expeditiously in its due turn.
