THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37407 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for School Education, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, a Brief Note, furnished by the Director, Government Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad, is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. In the said Brief Note, it is stated that, if the candidate, applying for re-verification of the answer script, is not satisfied with the remarks of the 03 Man Committee appointed for reverification, the candidate may also re-appeal to the Director of Government examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad and the answer script will be scrutinized by the subject experts. In view of the said remedy available to the petitioner herein, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to re-appeal to the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad, for consideration of the issue, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
