Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Housing Board for respondents 1 and 2. 2.

Petitioner alleges that the unofficial respondent-5th respondent has made illegal constructions in the building which is in a dilapidated condition and also made unauthorized construction of the compound wall on the eastern side of block No.38, causing lot of hardship and suffering to the petitioner. Petitioner claims that on 24.02.2018, a representation was made to the Telangana Housing Board, pointing out the alleged illegal constructions made by the 5th respondent. But so far no action is taken. Alleging inaction on the representation submitted, this writ petition is filed.

Since petitioner claims to have complained against the illegal constructions made by the 5th respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Telangana State Housing Board-2nd respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner and to take appropriate decision as warranted by law. In the event of Board accepting the plea of petitioner prima-facie, the Board shall cause notice on the 5th respondent, give opportunity of hearing and on due consideration, shall take decision as warranted by law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6)

- 3 - weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
