HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.14623 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.549 of 2013 of Saroornagar P.S, Cyberabad, which was registered against them and two other accused for the offences under Sec.468, 471, 420, 511, 120-B, 506 of IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dt:23.07.2015 of SubInspector of Police, Saroornagar P.S, Ranga Reddy District and submitted that in this case final report was filed before XI Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners. 4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed.
