THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40389 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard Sri K.V.N. Bhupal, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 02.12.2015 of the 2nd respondent cancelling the authorization of his Fair Price Shop Dealership.

3. Though learned counsel for the petitioner sought to persuade this Court to interfere with the said order, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy in form of an appeal before the 1st respondent, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the appellate remedy before the 1st respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
