HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2761 of 2012 O R D E R :
The learned Government Pleader for Assignment, appearing for the petitioners, submits that in view of the decision of a Division Bench of this Court in the case of JOINT COLLECTOR, RANGA REDDY DISTRICT v. P.V. NARASIMHA RAO[1], the writ petition, at the instance of the petitioners in the writ petition, may not lie. He, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the competent authority to question the order dated 16.03.2006 issued by the 1st respondent.
2. Granting liberty as sought, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
