Sri Avinash Reddy, learned counsel for the applicant company, states that this arbitration application would not lie before this Court and seeks leave and liberty to enable the applicant company to approach the jurisdictional Court for appointment of an Arbitrator. Sri B.Arvind Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri P.Sri Ram, learned counsel for the respondent company, states that they are yet to file their vakalat but he has no objection to the dismissal of this arbitration application with the liberty aforestated.

The arbitration application is accordingly dismissed reserving liberty to the applicant company to approach the jurisdictional Court. No order as to costs.
