THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.4618 of 2015 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner had filed a letter dated 22.02.2016 in the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the revision, since the parties compromised the matter before the Lok Adalat and hence, the matter is listed today under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present and sought permission of the court to withdraw the revision petition.

In view of the letter dated 22.02.2016 and recording the submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
