ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not announcing the results of the petitioner pertaining to Ph.D. program admitted vide letter, dated 31.03.2008, as illegal and arbitrary and further direct the respondent to declare the result and take the consequential action and pass such other order....."
Mr.C.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 03.07.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client does not intend to pursue the writ petition.
At the hearing, Mrs.S.Madhavi, learned counsel representing Mr.C.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner, has reiterated the aforesaid stand.
In view of the above fact, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
