This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.3 of 2011 of Bhimavaram II Town Police Station, West Godavari District. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police referred the matter as civil in nature.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
