HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.42572 of 2016 O R D E R :

The present Writ Petition is filed by petitioners seeking a direction of this Court to direct the respondent No.3 herein to dispose of the representation, dated 05-07-2016, which is according to petitioners received by the said respondent on 08-07-2016.

The petitioners' main grievance is that if the said representation is disposed of early, petitioner Nos.1 and 2 can get service in the place of respondent Nos.4 and 5. Hence, petitioners prayed this Court to direct the respondent No.3 herein to dispose of the said representation at the earliest. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to dispose of petitioners' representation, dated 05-07-2016, which according to petitioners received by the said respondent on 08-07-2016, in accordance with law within a period of two months. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
