HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9538 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.111 of 2010 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Family Court, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad, where the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A read with 34 IPC.

2) The defacto-complainant and the accused persons representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.111 of 2010 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Family Court, City Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
