It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of this writ petition, the State Government had considered the case of the petitioner vide G.O.Ms.No.256 Higher Education (C.E.II.1) Department dated 14.5.2012 and, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the Writ Petition dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
