THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38591 OF 2015 O R D E R :
In this Writ Petition, petitioners have questioned the inaction of the 1st respondent in disposing of the stay applications in the appeals filed by them against the orders of cancellation of the Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization of the petitioners as well as not disposing of the said appeals even though they have been filed in October and November 2015.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the stay applications in the appeals filed by the petitioners within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he will also dispose of the appeals themselves within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the stay applications in the appeals filed by the petitioners within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he shall also dispose of the appeals themselves within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
