HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.866 of 2016 ORDER :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dt.08-03-2016 in W.P.M.P.No.5187 of 2016 in W.P.No.4046 of 2016.

In the said interim order, this Court suspended the order dt.26-11-2015 of the respondent refusing to issue duplicate pattadar passbook and title deed and held that it was obligatory on the part of the respondent to issue such duplicate pattadar passbook and title deed.

It is now stated by both sides that a new pattadar passbook and title deed has been issued to the son of the 1st petitioner, though the same has been challenged by respondent Nos.6 and 7 in the Writ Petition by way of W.P.No.25457 of 2017.

Since the grievance of the petitioner in the Contempt Case is to the above extent already redressed and since this Court cannot go into other issues raised by respondent Nos.6 and 7 in W.P.No.4046 of 2016 in this Contempt Case, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
