HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37432 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action on the representations dated 1.10.2018 and 17.9.2010 submitted by the petitioner with regard to the property admeasuring Ac.0.15 gts and ac.5.10 gts situated at Sy.No.123/1 and Sy.No.124/1 of Kistarainipally Village, Chinthapally Mandal, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to examine the objections if any raised by the petitioner in his representations dated 1.10.2018 or 17.9.2018 and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two to three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
