K. Bhanu Prakash, v. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO W.P.No.25981 of 2015
ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents in re-engaging the petitioners in respondent-TTD either on temporary/contract basis, as arbitrary and illegal. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners worked in the respondentTTD on out sourcing basis and they came to know that TTD is going to fill up the posts of Last Grade Services on contract basis.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-TTD submits that the petitioners are not the employees of TTD and that they have to approach the contractor under whom they have worked earlier. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are directed to make a representation to the respondentTTD to consider their cases for re-engaging them as contract employees in Last Grade Service and on making such representation, the respondent-TTD is directed to consider their cases, in accordance with law, whenever the appointments on contract basis are taken up.
Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
