This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed for the following relief :
" To declare that the proceedings issued by Respondent No.2 vide proceeding No.Endt.No.G1/ 377/ 2018, dt.
26.07.2018 as illegal, arbitrary opposed to law and ultra virus under the provisions of Indian Stamp Act, 1899". Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that now the respondents are not insisting the presence of the petitioner for impounding the document.
Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to receive the Sale Deed Dt.4.09.2002 and impound the same under the provisions of Indian Stamp Act within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
