HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 37396 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not issuing the pattadar pass books and mutation proceedings to the petitioner for his property admeasuring Ac.1.20 gts., in Sy.No.166/ 2, situated at Thatipally Village, Jagitial Rural Mandal, Jagitial District, pursuant to an application made by him on 22.09.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though he made an application on 22.09.2017 seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and mutation proceedings, till date no pass books were issued.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law. 4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the Online application dated 22.09.2017, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the

order, after hearing all the concerned, if the same is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs. 5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
