This contempt case is filed against an interlocutory order passed in the writ petition W.P.No.28330 of 2014. W.P.No.28330 of 2014 came for final disposal and by judgment rendered on 19.12.2014, the said writ petition is dismissed. Hence, the interlocutory order stands merged with the final order and consequently this contempt case cannot be proceeded and hence, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous applications if any shall stand dismissed. No costs.
