HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37297 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking verbatim the following relief: "... to issue an order, direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No.1 to 4 in not considering the Representation dt.19-07-2018, 09-10-2017 and 06-04-2018, made by the Petitioners requesting to cancel the patta Certilicate/Passbook issued in the name of one Dhanunjaya S/o Late Rajeswar and OM Prakash S/o Dattatreya Chari and recorrection of entries in the Revenue records in our names with respect of agricultural lands bearing Survey No.97/AA1 admeasuring Ac.00-11 Gts, Survey No. 97/E1 admeasuring Ac.00-06 Gts, Sy. NO. 97/EE admeasuring Ac.00-08 Gts, Sy. No. 97/U admeasuring Ac.00-07 Gts, Sy. No. 97/RUU admeasuring Ac.00-11 Gts, and Survey No.

97/LU admeasuring Ac.00-11 Gts and Survey No. 97/LU1 admeasuring Ac.00-11 Gts, thus totally admeasuring Ac.01-36 Gts, situated at Pastapur Village, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, belong to the Petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary, unwarranted unreasonable and without any sanction of law."

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners himself submitted that against the relief sought for by the petitioners, a revision would lie under the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and sought liberty to avail the said remedy.

Granting the liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
