HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4191 of 2016 ORDER:

The revision petitioners filed I.A.No.933 of 2016 in O.S.No.769 of 2006 in the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nandyal under Order XVI Rule 1 C.P.C. to issue summons to one B.Kameswara Singh to produce the documents referred therein. The Court below having considered the nature of suit and other relevant circumstances, dismissed the said application. Though the order impugned in the revision is brief, I am satisfied that the dismissal of application is for a valid and tenable ground. I do not see any infirmity or illegality in the order impugned in the civil revision petition.

Civil revision petition fails and is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
