Vide present petition, the petitioners/ A.4 & A.5 seek a direction, thereby to enlarge them on bail in SC No.39 of 2014 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22(c), 27-a, 28 & 29 of the NDPS Act. Keeping in view the huge quantity of Methamphatamine i.e., 5.225 kgs., recovered in the present case, Section 37 of the NDPS Act comes into play.
