THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.11880 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner alleges that respondent No.3 is harassing and interfering with his civil rights, though there is no case pending against him. The instructions of learned Government Pleader for Home show that one Dr. B.Venkat Reddy, Ophthalmologist, filed a complaint, dated 22.12.2014, with the Ranjendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, alleging that the petitioner is unlawfully interfering and disturbing his tenant who occupied Plot No.32 with a small house bearing Door No.3-3-76/123/9/2 at Hyderguda Village, Rajendranagar. It is specifically stated that action is required to be taken against the petitioner. The instructions further show that on the said complaint, an entry was made in the General Diary and preliminary enquiry is going on. It is also stated that neither the petitioner is summoned nor in any way harassed by the respondent Police. It is also stated that O.S.No.523 of 2014 is already pending before the District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, and only after completion of preliminary enquiry, appropriate action would be taken.
In view of the aforesaid statement that the petitioner is neither summoned nor in any way harassed by the respondent Police, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
