THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.2666 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 26-09-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.167 of 2016 in S.C.No.599 of 2012 on the file of the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nandigama. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
