This writ petition is filed assailing the in-action on the part of the 3rd respondent in considering the revision petition as also the stay petition filed by the petitioners against the orders of the 4th respondent in appeal no.C/1066/2016, dated 19-07-2018 and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions, in the interest of justice. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.

Inasmuch as the petitioners are seeking for disposal of the revision petition filed by them, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the stay petition and pass orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today, and further dispose of the main revision petition stated supra, within a period of three months. Miscellaneous petitions if any
pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
