THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.525 of 2015 ORDER:- Inspite of the matter being listed twice i.e. on 09.02.2015 and today i.e. on 10.02.2015, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
