Heard.

The petitioner complains of not conducting investigation in Cr.No.46 of 2015, which is registered with the 7th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that as per the directions of the Superintendent of Police, Khammam District, the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Bhadrachalam, took up investigation and examined seven witnesses including the petitioner and the investigation is pending for want of examination of some more witnesses and for collection of material evidence. It is specifically stated that after completion of investigation, appropriate final report would be filed before the jurisdictional court as expeditiously as possible. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Bhadrachalam, to complete the investigation expeditiously and file appropriate final report before the jurisdictional court.
