There was no representation on 29.01.2020. Since learned standing counsel for the respondent - Corporation informs the Court that the order dated 13.11.2013 passed in W.P.No.32552 of 2013 is complied, the matter was directed to be listed 'for orders' to hear the learned counsel for the petitioner. On 04.02.2020, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed 'for dismissal'. Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Learned standing counsel for the respondent - Corporation submits that the order dated 13.11.2013 passed in W.P.No.32552 of 2013 is fully complied. He produced copies of the office orders, dated 12.05.2014 and 16.12.2014.

In W.P.No.32552 of 2013, direction was issued to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2013 and to pass orders expeditiously preferably within a period of eight weeks. 4.

By office order dated 12.05.2014, petitioner was granted Special Grade on completion of 20 years service w.e.f. 01.08.2010 and by office order dated 16.12.2014, petitioner was placed as Driver Grade - I cadre w.e.f. 01.07.2014.
