Heard the counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture for respondent nos.1 to 5; and Sri Ch. Srinivas, counsel for 6th respondent.

The petitioners' grievance is that the 6th respondent is not allotting vacant plot in the market yard of 6th respondent-Market Committee or in the sub-market yard at V.Kota.

3. Sri Ch. Srinivas, counsel for 6th respondent, states that 6th respondent has no objection to allot vacant plots in the above market yard or in the sub-market yard to petitioners.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to allot vacant plots to petitioners to carry out their trade as commission agents in the 6th respondent market yard as well as the sub-market yard at V. Kota within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if
