THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37232 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the authorised officer, under the Telangana Forests Act, 1967, is the Divisional Forest Officer, but instead of making an application before the Divisional Forest Officer, Jagtial-second respondent herein, petitioner made an application before the Forest Range Officer, Dharmapuri Range-third respondent herein and that it is open for the petitioner to make an application, for redressal of his grievance, before the Divisional Forest Officer, Jagtial-second respondent herein for consideration of the same, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to take back his application, dated 20.07.2018, from the office of the Forest Range Officer, Dharmapuri Range-third respondent herein and present the same before the Divisional Forest Officer, Jagtial-second respondent herein, within a period of one week, and directing the second respondent to dispose of the same within a period of two weeks thereafter, strictly in

accordance with law, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
