This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.382 of 2013, against the petitioner, who is A2, on the file of the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 420, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad City dated 01.10.2018 stating that the case has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 30.12.2015.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J November 30, 2018 DSK
