Petitioner has filed this writ petition alleging that he submitted a representation dated 17.09.2018 to respondent No.3 requesting to refer his case to the Corporate Medical Board of Singareni Collieries Company Limited and respondent No.3 has not taken any action thereon.

Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 states that respondent No.3 will consider the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 17.09.2018 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
