THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24760 OF 2015 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not considering the Representation of the petitioners dated 11-7-2015 for allotment of salaries to the Petitioners societies workers for each worker per month Rs.8,300/- including PE and ES1 etc., is illegal, arbitrary, malafide and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to dispatch the salary amounts to the petitioner societies i.e. (1st petitioner society total number of workers 41, 2nd petitioner society total number of workers 20 and 3rd petitioner-society Total Number of workers 30) in the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in identical set of circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.17231 of 2015, dated 27.01.2016 and a copy of the same is also placed on record.
3. In view of the same, there shall be following similar order in this case also.
"At the hearing, the learned counsel representing Sri Venkata Raghu Manneppalli, learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as the learned counsel representing Sri S.D.Goud, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, submitted that after filing of this writ petition, certain works were allotted to the petitioners and that therefore, no further adjudication of this writ petition is necessary.
In the light of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous."
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
