HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16879 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner-A1 and custodial interrogation is required, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A1. Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
