This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 02.03.2010 in M.C.No.155 of 2008 on the file of the Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending this criminal revision case, the parties have settled the matter outside the Court on 03.11.2012.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this criminal revision. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
