This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.157 of 2013 on the file of Sidhout Police Station, Sidhout, Y.S.R. Kadapa District.

Heard.

The case is pending from 2014. No interim stay has been granted by this Court. Neither the learned counsel for the petitioner nor the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is in a position to inform this Court regarding the stage of the Crime.

In the circumstances of the case, if the investigation is not completed yet, the respondent-police are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners herein and file the charge sheet, if any, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
