...RESPONDENTS Petition under Rrticle 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to direct the 1st Respondent to allow the 2nd petitioner in the ongoing MBBS / BDS counseling scheduled on 26-7-20i3 as a ST candidate and offer her an MBBS/BDS Seat as per her rank as ST candidate by taking an undertaking that she may submit the latest schedule caste certificate after the enquiry with regard to 1st petitioner's caste certificate is completed and if she fails to do so she will forego her MBBS Seat/BDS Seat as a schedule Tribe candidate.
