- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.762 OF 2014 ORDER:

While disposing of W.P.No.7408 of 2007, this Court directed the respondents to treat that the petitioner was in employment w.e.f. 13.01.1996 either as a Shramik or as 'X' category till the date of his retirement and pay salary in the scale of driver together with incidental emoluments and allowances. The Court further declared that the petitioner was entitled to back wages at the revised pay scale rate, continuity of service as well as attendant benefits. 2.

Learned standing counsel for the respondent - Corporation produced copy of the proceedings dated 17.11.2014, whereunder the respondents have worked out the amounts payable to the petitioner, in compliance of the directions of the Court, as Rs.5,74,706/- and paid the said amount. He also furnished photocopy of receipt dated 15.11.2014 acknowledging payment of the said amount to the petitioner.
