The case of the prosecution is that' on 19'07 '2025' oo reliableinformation,thePolicecond'uctedaraidandfound accused Nos. 1 to 3 along with 4L'7g7 kg of ganja' Basing on [hesame,thePoliceregisteredacaseagainstthepetitionerfor the above said offences'

Heard Sri Shaik Karimulla' learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D' Arun Kumar' learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State' 4.Thecontentionofthelearnedcounselforthepetitioner is that the oetitioner is in jail since lg'O7 '2025 and the materia[partoftheinvestigationisalreadycompleted.As such,herequestedtheCourttograntbailtothepetitioner. 5.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, contending that the petitioner is a habitual offender and had previously been indulged in similar offences ui-d"e crime Nos.3 L of 202\ and 259 of 2016. Therefore, he prayed the Court to dismiss the criminal petition.

In the fight of the submissions made by both the Iearned counsel and upon perusal of the material available on record, it is observed that the pedtioner has been in judicial custody since 19'07'2025 and the aregadon is that the petitiont:r is a habifual offender and is continuously involved in NDps cases. Hence, this court is not incrined to grant bail to the pefitioner.

Acc:ordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
