This petition is filed by the petitioners/A.10, A.11 and A.15 under Sec.482 Cr.P.C for quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.86 of 2010 on the file of Musheerabad P.S, Hyderabad. 2) Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor while producing the letter dated 13.06.2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Musheerabad P.S, would submit that in this case charge sheet is filed and the case is registered as C.C.No.118/2014 on the file of XIV A.C.M.M, Nampally and thus prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous. 3) There is no representation for the petitioners. 4) In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
