Petitioner submits that he had made an application dated 16.05.2016 seeking him to be transferred from respondent No.5 to respondent No.6 college in terms of G.O.Ms.No.122 dated 01.09.2005. The respondent authorities are not considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, for which he is losing one academic year. Hence, the writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel as well as learned Government Pleader submits that if the application is filed by the petitioner on 16.05.2016, as contended by him, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law. 4.

Considering the submission made by the respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner for transfer from respondent No.5 to respondent No.6‐ College within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
