CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.40095 of 2016 29.11.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce one Mallela Haribabu, son of the petitioner, by declaring the action of respondent No.3 and his personnel in forcibly taking away him on the intervening night of 05/06.11.2016, without any reason or his connection with any crime, as arbitrary and illegal, and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, Mr.Gade Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.49390 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
