O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the unofficial respondents are trespassing into the subject land of the petitioner, the official respondents 3 and 4 are not taking any action and further they are also not conducting survey and demarcation of the subject land. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri K.K.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent - Panchayat Secretary. As per the submissions of the learned counsel and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it could be seen that there is civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, and in this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking to involve the official respondents to settle her scores with unofficial respondents.

As far as the grievance of the petitioner in conducting survey and demarcation of the subject land is concerned, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not filed any application before the competent authority and as such no relief in this regard can be granted. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

With the above observations, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
