When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader for Home that, on receipt of the complaint by the petitioner herein, police registered a case in Cr.No.117 of 2018 of Tandur Police Station on 10.10.2018. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication.

Hence, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
