This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, assailing the order dated 27.8.2013 passed in I.A. No.954 of 2009 in O.S.No.210 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 18.4.2016. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the purpose of filing of the appeal has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the Office note, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
