In view of the letter, dated 04-11-2016 filed by learned counsel for the petitioners enclosing a letter addressed by the petitioners seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
