Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the respondents that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.21851 of 2013 and batch dated 19.07.2017. 3.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in W.P.No.21851 of 2013 and batch dated 19.07.2017, this Court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to strictly follow the Circular dated 29.09.2016 and the Master Circular dated 01.07.2015 issued by the Reserve Bank of India, before initiating action against the petitioners. 4.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
